My condolences to the loss of your son.  I know the pain you are going through and wanted to know your fans are with you in spirit. I pray that your family find the peace needed to move on.  You will always have his memory with you and the times you were given by God to have him in your life.  May you continue to heal during this difficult time and know that time truly does heal all wounds.  You will NEVER forget, but you will move on.

THE DASH

I read of a man who stood to speak
At the funeral of a friend
He referred to the dates on his tombstone
From beginning to the end.

He noted that first came his date of birth
And spoke the following date with tears
24th April 1988 - 17th October 2007
But he said what mattered most of all
was the dash between those years

For that dash represents all the time
That he spent alive on earth
And now only those who loved him
Know what that little line is worth

For it matters not how much we own
The cars, the house, the cash
What matters is how we live and love
And how we spend our dash

So, if we treat each other with respect
And more often wear a smile

This year  I also lost a love one My Husband Paul of 20 years passed away this April 18 2007 one day before his 63th birithday and the pain is just like it was today. You have always been my favorite on B&B!  One of the main reasons for that is because of your obvious love for the Lord.  You have never been afraid to stand up for who you believe in.  In Hollywood - thats not common.  I know when hard times hit us - we either get angry at God or we draw closer to him.  I trust and I pray that you draw closer to him.  He truly is the ONLY ONE that can help you through this unbearable time.  Although this grief will take you to a place you never thought possible - remember that your daughters need you more now than ever before.  They will try to be strong for you - but they hurt too.  They have loved him their ENTIRE life - the pain of loosing a brother is beyond words.  I lost my brother Jason.   I pray that you and your family will find comfort in knowing that you will one day be with Michael Jr again.   Christ promises us that.  Hugs and prayers to you and your family.

My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time.  I lost my brother due to seizure disorder as well.  (He was 44.) He wanted to be like everyone else, even though he often had seizures. We worried about him every day. We found some comfort in the fact that he lived each day to the fullest.  The pain never goes away, but you will find comfort in the memories.

All I can say to you is:  scream, cry, be angry and after you can't scream, cry and be angry anymore then you will be able to smile, laugh remembering one of his jokes, the sound of his laugh, even the way he would talk.
You'll find yourself working more so you won't have time to feel the pain, but when you least expect it you will get this big heavy pain in your heart reminding you always reminding you.
Does it get better?  I can only tell you that you will only get better at hiding your pain.
I still fall asleep thinking about the son I lost and I wake up thinking about him.
Sometimes I ask myself, How can a person cry for 3years.
I'm not trying to sound negative, only being honest and not suger coating.
Theres no preparing for this or what is to come, just know that you are not alone in your pain, sadly there are so many of us.
Just take one minute at a time, then one hour at a time, pretty soon you'll be taking one day at a time. I will be thinking and praying for God to give you strengh. Close

Hunter, I lost my 21 year old daughter in a car wreck when she was 7 months pregnant..that was 5 years ago Nov.21.  She was my only child.  The baby died too.  I saw you on Larry King and I felt such an empathy for you.  You showed great strength.  My advice:  just keep praying.  GOD will help!!!
